THE QUICK & DIRTY
I’m a million different things, but let’s hit the high points. I’m Ema Ostarcevic, and I’m the founder and CEO of a business that’s landed me on a few accomplished lists and noteworthy pages (Forbes, “30 Women to Watch”, Fast Company, “Forty Under Forty”, and “CEO of the Year” to name a handful). I’m a partner and mother who values my family’s happiness over tradition or expectation. I’m a major (see also: strong, determined, outspoken) advocate for women in business, and I specialize in recruiting women and placing them in well-suited management and executive positions. Oh, and I’m an eager traveler, to say the least: I’m all for experiencing new cultures and exploring new places anytime my schedule allows for it. Let’s go.
